I wasn’t really sure what sort of shading style I wanted for this piece… I actually like the flat colors more just because the higher contrast shading seemed too juvenile if I didn’t spend more time on it :/ I also last minute changed the background to a snowy window. Not that I actually know what a snowy window looks like, but it seemed to fit better conceptually. Oh well, here there be some behind the scenes for the animated gif I posted earlier.
